1. Organiser and venue
The organiser of the “Virtual Gozsdu Hotlap Competition” is Gozsdu Club Kft. (hereinafter: the Organiser).
The competition is held exclusively in person at the Virtual Gozsdu simulator and VR venue, 1075 Budapest, Madách tér 13.
2. Nature and purpose of the competition
The competition is a performance-based hotlap competition. Participants set individual lap times under the same predefined technical and in-game conditions.
The result of the competition is determined solely by the lap time validated by the Organiser. No draw, random selection or other element of chance is used to determine the winner.
3. Competition period
The competition starts on 16 October 2026 and ends on 15 November 2026. A valid result may only be achieved during this period and during the opening hours of the venue.
After the competition closes, the Organiser reviews and finalises the results.
4. Conditions of participation
The competition is publicly announced and is conducted under the same rules for all participants.
Participants under the age of 18 may take part only with the consent of their legal representative; for participants under 14, entry and acceptance of these Rules are made by their legal representative. The Organiser may request proof of such consent where necessary.
The Organiser, persons directly involved in running the competition or validating results, and their close relatives may not compete for the prize.
Entry is available exclusively in person at the Virtual Gozsdu venue. It is not possible to enter online or through the website. No separate entry fee is charged. Use of the designated racing simulator is a paid service: 2 attempts for HUF 3,000 gross. This is a service fee for using the simulator, not an entry fee paid for the prize.
At on-site entry, a member of the Organiser’s staff records the data required to run the competition in an internal electronic register. The participant provides a driver name (nickname) for the public leaderboard. The internal register runs on the password-protected, non-public administration interface of the Organiser’s virtualgozsdu.hu website and is not made public; only the data specified in section 11 are published.
5. Technical and in-game conditions
- Game: Assetto Corsa Rally.
- Track: Rally Alsace – Full Layout.
- Simulator: the VNM racing simulator (with a 25 Nm direct drive wheel base) designated by Virtual Gozsdu for the competition.
- Car: Skoda Fabia R5, unchanged throughout the entire competition period.
The Organiser sets the steering, pedal, shifter, driving-assist, setup, track and weather settings uniformly. Participants may not change any setting that could affect performance unless expressly permitted by the Organiser in these Rules.
6. Attempts and validation of results
A participant may make multiple attempts during the competition period; the leaderboard always shows the participant’s best valid lap time. Entry and result recording take place on site in the internal electronic register maintained by a member of the Organiser’s staff. No paper entry form is required.
A lap time is valid only if it is completed on the designated simulator, using the fixed settings, is recognised as valid by the game, and is recorded by a member of the Organiser’s staff.
The Organiser may validate a lap time by means of a screenshot, result log, in-game data and/or on-site staff verification.
7. Invalid laps, disqualification and technical faults
A result is invalid in particular if the game marks the lap as invalid due to cutting the track or another infringement; if the participant uses prohibited settings, external software or unauthorised modifications; if the participant drives in another person’s name; or if the result cannot be reliably verified.
In the event of proven cheating or conduct compromising the integrity of the competition, the Organiser may delete the relevant result and disqualify the participant.
In the event of a verified technical fault, the Organiser may provide a new attempt. No lap time or position is awarded automatically because of a technical fault.
8. Determining the winner
The winner is the participant who records the fastest valid and verified lap time during the competition period.
If two or more participants record the same lap time, the participant who achieved that lap time first is ranked higher.
The Organiser publishes the final result after the competition closes. Comments or objections concerning the result may be submitted to the Organiser’s contact address within 3 business days of publication.
9. Prize
The prize for first place is 1 Conspit CHS shifter.
The prize is handed over with the contents of the standard factory package of the Conspit CHS shifter.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or another product and may be transferred by the winner to a third party only with the Organiser’s prior written consent.
Any tax or public-charge obligations imposed by law on the payer in connection with the award of the prize are fulfilled by the Organiser.
10. Notification of the winner and collection of the prize
The Organiser notifies the winner using one of the contact details provided at entry no later than 3 business days after the final result has been established.
The winner must respond and provide the information required to collect the prize within 10 calendar days of notification. If the winner fails to do so, the Organiser may declare the participant with the next-best valid lap time the winner.
The Organiser may prepare a handover document for the prize.
11. Leaderboard and publicity
During the competition, the Organiser publishes a public Hotlap leaderboard on the virtualgozsdu.hu website (virtualgozsdu.hu/hotlap/ranglista), may update it continuously and may also show it on a display at the venue. The leaderboard shows only the position, the driver name (nickname) chosen by the participant, the best valid lap time and the resulting gap to the leader; the time at which the lap was set is not public. The driver name and lap time of the participant in first place may also appear on the home page and on the Hotlap page of the website. After the competition closes, the final result remains public with the same data on the Results page of the website (virtualgozsdu.hu/hotlap/eredmenyek) for 12 months after the close of the competition. It is not possible to enter through the website.
The participant’s full name, telephone number, e-mail address and other contact details are not displayed on the public leaderboard. The Organiser does not publish participants’ full names, likenesses, photographs or video recordings and does not use participants’ data for marketing purposes.
12. Data protection
The processing of personal data in connection with the competition is governed by the separate “Virtual Gozsdu Hotlap Competition – Privacy Notice”.
These Competition Rules and the Privacy Notice are available before entry at the venue and on the virtualgozsdu.hu website (virtualgozsdu.hu/hotlap/szabalyzat and virtualgozsdu.hu/hotlap/adatkezeles). By entering and taking part in the competition, the participant declares that they have read and accepted these Competition Rules and have acknowledged the Privacy Notice.
13. Force majeure, interruption and amendments
The Organiser may temporarily suspend or, where justified, terminate the competition due to technical failure, service interruption, action by an authority or another unavoidable circumstance beyond its control. The Organiser decides how results already achieved are to be handled in light of the circumstances, applying the same principles to all participants.
After the competition has started, the Organiser will not arbitrarily change, to the detriment of participants, the method of determining the winner, the prize or the fundamental technical conditions. If a necessary technical change is made, the Organiser publishes the change and the reason for it.
14. Final provisions
By participating in the competition, the participant accepts these Rules and agrees to comply with them.
The competition is performance-based: the winner is determined by the fastest verified lap time, without a draw.
These Rules enter into force on 16 October 2026 and apply until the competition has closed and any related claims have been resolved.
